How to make bt yahoo my homepage?

If I make yahoo homepage will it show my mail. Got visitors and dont want them to read it.?

  • sorry bit ignorant with all this. Think it is BT Yahoo and at moment it brings up my mail, was wondering if it will still do that if I do make it homepage. If this is sounds garbbled, sorry.

  • Answer:

I use one tab for my homepage and a second for my mail. When I log on two tabs open, one home page and one on mail. If you don't want your mail page to open then shut all but one tab on your browser and select that one to go to homepage. That way, when you open your browser, it will only show your homepage, you will have to click on mail to show your mail.

No, mine doesn't....it just says the number of unread emails you have but you cant actually see them xx

It shouldn't. Yahoo.com can be your homepage, but you would still have to sign into the "Mail" option to get to your email. Without your user ID and Password, no one should be able to see it.

I think you can just sign out, and make sure to uncheck the box that says "keep me signed in for two weeks"

This will only happen if when you sign in to yahoo mail, you click the "keep me signed in for two weeks" option. Just sign out from Yahoo every time you use it.

once you've checked your mail if you click sign out at the top it won't automatically appear when www. yahoo.com is brought up again.
