How can you find out the real name of a yahoo ID if the name he used his fake for his yahoo mail?

This guy is harrassing my spouse and the name he used for his yahoo email is not his real name.

the only real way to do that would be to track down his ip (you have to be hack-savvy) and do it like that...you could definitely narrow it down to a city & state, MAAAYBE more if you know what you're doing. If you manage to get his address, then have fun =) ask a government worker to do a background check if you have any friends who work for IRS or something.... a good start would be to learn Cain and Abel...basic hacking software. IDK if you could get his password from that, maybe you could just eliminate his email.
