I have Yahoo email and would like to get Outlook Express. Is this possible and How?

i believe it is possible but you have to pay for it thru yahoo. yahoo used to let you get your mail thru outlook express years ago. but then they realized you couldn't see their ads if you check it thru outlook, so they decided to put an end to that.
