How can I find an email pal from Hong Kong?

Got an email from a Hong Kong Yahoo address when it should have been us? Suspect fraud.?

• I returned an email responding to an add on Care.com. It was suppose to be from my area in Colorado and I responded to an email address on Yahoo.com. Today, Feb. 18, 2012, I received and answer. My first concern was that the address on my original email were translated into Chinese characters. That was an immediate red flag. The when I read the response, it asked for too much information than would be needed for a child care position such as where I was raised. Another red flag, at least to me, was the fact that the wording of the sentences was very strange, not someone with a limited use of English but extremely not aware of using English. I want to know how report this person for trying to use Yahoo to try to fraud people. Care.com canceled his usage due to possible fraud and now he is trying to use Yahoo. His email address is "[email protected]". As you see, it has the extension HK which through searching Yahoo International indicated it is a Hong Kong Yahoo. Please advise me as to how to report and somehow sanction or eliminate this email to prevent losses of identity.   Report this user to [email protected], include all details of the story above, also include a copy of the mail you received. Although he uses a .hk mail domain, the American branch should be able to handle the matter.
