When I opened my email this morning there was NOTHING there. My wife's Gmail got the spam msg from my account and her gmail is blank now too. she got an email at her work address and that's how we found out what happened. so how do I recover all my contact's info and all my incoming and sent emails and those I've saved in folders? The spam msg was one on those that says "I'm in London w/o $$ please send some".

Answer:
Hundreds of users reported the same thing. Spammers getting into their account and sending the "mugged in London" emails. Read the December 8th and 13th entries on Yahoo's ymailblog.com for instructions on how to fix it.
