  • Answer:

Yes, you can create filters to do this, or more than one if necessary. Look for and click on the 'Options' link at top right of mail screen. Options/ mail options Click on 'Filters' from list at left of screen Click on 'create or edit filters' Click on 'add' button for addresses (This would be the one you want): In 'From header:' make sure Contains is selected in the pull-down menu. Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu, then enter the address In "Move the Message To:" select where you want it to go from the pull-down menu. Click the Add Filter button again. for key words: In 'From subject:' make sure Contains is selected in the pull-down menu. Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu, then type in the defining words In "Move the Message To:" select where you want it to go from the pull-down menu. Click the Add Filter button again. Then every filter you make will have whatever the defining words are go to the folder you made. Hope this helps
