DO i NEED TO CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS IF SOMEONE HAS HACKED I AND IS SENDING MAIL TO EVERYONE IN MY ADDRES BOOK?

Today I received several emails from friends who has received emails from that I did not send. I also received about 20 :failure notices" indicating that mail had been sent to wrong address from my address book. How do I handle this?? Do I need to change my email address?? Should I change to another email server?

Your account got compromised. First change your password. Account help.http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/acct/in%E2%80%A6 for just about anything to do with your account. Then run anti Virus and Anti Spyware. Should be fine then.
