If i upgrade to Yahoo Plus Mail can I transfer email and folders from one yahoo acct to another?

I currently have 2 yahoo Email accounts but need to transfer s lot of email (hopefully by folders) from one account to the other. Is this possible with Yahoo Email Plus? If so how?
