My "My Yahoo" is in French. How do I get?

How can I get a problem with Yahoo answered by a real person - I have had nothing but auto-responders?

  • What I want (as many Yahoo customers are also wanting) is some communication from Yahoo to try and resolve issues. I have had the following problem in trying to get a real issue resolved for more than three months. I have used Yahoo Email for several years. I started with the FREE account and upgraded to Premium several years ago with the same Email address; [email protected] Over the past year I have not been satisfied with the Premium account (little or no help from Yahoo on reducing SPAM) and want to go back to the FREE account and have the same Email address as I started with; [email protected] I want to make this move ASAP but there is no provision in Yahoo on-line help area on how to do this. I have requested this information two times previously and yahoo has not responded (the third time I received an auto responder that said I should go online and check out the FAQ). I do not want to go to the BBB or complain to the public about your service but I really would like yahoo to help in getting back to where I started with Yahoo. If anyone can get this message through to a REAL PERSON at Yahoo support I would very much appreciate it! Best regards, Richard Stevens [email protected]

    well id just cancel your account amd remake it in a free account.. if it wont let it use your name you might have to change it or wait i think 3 months and ur name should become available again.

I don't have premium mail, but here's where I would start: • Click "My Account" under your sign-in name, next to the Yahoo logo; • Verify your password; • Click "Manage my Premium services" and see if there's an option to change your subscription. Rich, Yahoo is constantly monitored. Make this message personal, and some senser working for yahoo will see it. weather you will get a live responce, is any one's guess. By the way, your e mail address is now game for the weirdos to responde to now.

Poor Grasshopper. Yahoo does not make spam you do. When you open a letter or inquire at a site, the site may get your address to use it for spam or sell it to others. I changed account names and funny I do not get any spam now. I know what to avoid. Eventually, I will get some, but not like I did before. All yahoo does is when you get a letter and you mark it as spam then when an email comes in with that address it will go to the spam box. In your case, you can only let the subscription expire. Go to the yahoo forum, read, and then put your gripe in.

i wish i could help more, but i did once speak to a real human, i found a phone number in the mist of their small print, but i cant remember it now, which is why im cross lol, but there is one out there usually along the contact us or head office details, there is one in the uk and in usa. sorry cant be much more assistance but it is there!!!!!!!
