Why is the best way to contact yahoo, yahoo for no reason has not been giving me access to my inbox.?

I just woke up one day to find out that yahoo decided to refuse me acces into ma yahoo inbox, i'm a lover of good things and i appreciate the fact that yahoo has been giving the world in generally, one of the best services on the net, but i don't understand or rather i need to be clear about a point, why would yahoo inc, decide within just some second that they can refuse the owner of materials in the inbox access, Well all i have to say is that even if u want to refuse me acces to your inbox services, please i should be giving access to my vital informations inbox, thanks.
