Help with hotmail time plz?

Does anyone know how to change the time on hotmail? Everytime i receive an email from someone, the time is inaccurate. I think i need to change the time on my account, but i've looked everywhere and can't find how to do it. There is a timezone page on calendar and options, but that doesn't help either. I need to change the actual hours and minutes. If anyone knows plz help, thanks in advance!

Answer:
The time is controlled by the server that hotmail is going through. Unfortunately you don't really have any control over that other than changing the time zone in your profile.
