How do you add yahoo to the internet options email?

How do I add Yahoo mail to internet explorer "TOOLS=>OPTIONS=> PROGRAMS=>EMAIL.?

I want to be able to use yahoo when sending a link or a page to someone.it only allows me Outlook, Outlook Express, hotmail, MSN -Microsoft products but I do not want to use them.

You have to register Yahoo Mail as the default mail program first. Go to Yahoo Mail help, look up "default mail". It will take you to a page where you download a small file that will make Yahoo your default email client. After that, reboot your computer, restart Internet Explorer, and you should see Yahoo among your choices for email.
