How can I close an email address on yahoo?

  • I have an email address with yahoo, I don't wanna use it anymore. Please tell me how to close this email address 4ever.

    If you don't log in to yahoo for several months then your account will be automatically deleted. But if you want to delete it now then see the instructions below You cant delete your yahoo answers, yahoo messenger, yahoo 360 or any other yahoo service account individually. Please click the above link and then click on account deletion in the third last para of the page. A new window will open and will guide you further in solving your problem. I tried to close my husbands but i found it hard but if you don't use it for 3 or 4 months they will just close it for you themselves so that will work for you in a few months
