Adding an external e-mail address to my Yahoo mail?

Why isn't there a suggestion forum for Yahoo mail?

Both the "feedback" and "contact us" options under "help" in Yahoo mail do nothing and there is no suggestion forum. How can we make recommendations? I want to see it made optional to have email bounce back when adding the address to the blocked address list.

Me too, have recently noticed that there isn't a suggestion board for Yahoo! Mail. I didn't believe until I looked it up everywhere here: http://suggestions.yahoo.com/ and didn't find it. I was really shocked as I assume the Mail is the most important and probably the first service Yahoo! had provided. Probably we should use the links you've posted above to suggest creating one.
