My friend You can not able to retrieve the mails if deleted from trash folder but if you have not deleted the trash folder go to trash folder and check for the req mail .

well deleted mails remain in trash box for about a month unless u delete from the trash box too...so if u hadnt deleted them from trash box and they r not deleted from inbox for more than 30 days u can get them easily ..but if it is not there because of above 2 reasons then my firend..u lost it for ever...

Click on trash box then u find out ur deleted mail but if u empty trash box then it will not possible to find out the deleted mail.
