How can i contact yahoo to close a yahoo account down?

  • how can i contact yahoo to close a yahoo account down - i've tried to look for contact details for yahoo but can't find them. just how to report spam and such like. i'm being contacted by a right-wing racist whio got hold of my account and i want to close this account down now it is yahoo that can do this.

    Go to the link below to close your account permanently. But before you do that you should consider trying to report the person harrassing you! Here' s how to do that: send a mail to "[email protected]", incl. all the necessary details like copies of the mails, dates and such. Yahoo doesn't take such things lightly and will try to help!

Simon....empty that account....change the password to one you wont remember and it is closed as far as anybody knows let the dork talk to nobody

If you do not log into your account for an extended period of time (6 months +) it will automically close. Learned this the hard way.

u can delete ur own account. when you terminate your account, you permanently lose all saved data and Yahoo site access associated with your ID. You’ll be deleting your email account, address book, group memberships, Y!Answers account, Y!Messenger ID, any photos you’ve uploaded, any 360 blogs you’ve posted, etc. If you're sure you want to delete your account, click on this link: https://edit.yahoo.com/config/delete_use... Yahoo will ask you to enter your password one last time and then you will click on the "Yes, terminate this account" button. Your entire account will then be completely & irretrievably deleted.
