If you install Yahoo's messanger, I believe you'll see a support person available there. But Yahoo's so big it's nearly impossible to get support. That's one of the good reasons they have the "Answers" tool here What problem are you having?

When I try to address an email I palce my curser in the To: column and start to type thre name of my sendee. A dropdown menu appears with the names of senders of all the emails I have received although these are not my contacts. How do I permanently erase the sames that appear on this drop down menu. GK
