How do I get an active Yahoo mail icon on my computer?

How do I get my old yahoo MAILBOX ICON back on my desk top, & make link work for signing ANYONE into yahoomail

I recently UN-INSTALLED my OLD yahoo mail program from my computer (via control panel) by accident. When I did this my OLD yahoo MAILBOX ICON (desktop) disappeared. How can I get that old COOL desktop MAILBOX icon back, and make it work as a link , so ANYONE can go to yahoo mail sign in page? (This is how it worked before).

did you back up your files? if so you can go back to b4 that date or that date and have it back. its called restore. good luck hope it works.
