How do I make yahoo my default e-mail address?

How to make a default email address?

• Hi, every time I make a picture or word document it looks like I can send it straight from there but then it comes up that I don't have a default email address, I have tried to go to 'tools' then 'internet options' then 'programs' I am then told to click yahoo mail but it doesn't come up, can anyone help me please, thanks Sue
