How to post url, but change the link name?

When posting a url, and making it a link, how do you change it so the link isn't the url, its a work that you chose?

To get a link, go to the web page you want and right click on the URL and select copy. Go to your Q or A and in the body of your Q or A right click and select Paste. A URL is near the top of the page and always begins with http:// Good Luc
