How do I set up an I.M. on Yahoo?

HI IM tootise,how do you change from yahoo to set up your own page.?

  To set your own home page go to your current home page and click on tools then click on internet options on that page you delete the current one and type in yours. After that you click on apply. when it is done then click on the home sign and that will bring you to your new home page.
