How can I get all my Icons back on top of my Yahoo homepage, they have disappeared?

Yahoo Homepage-My icons have disappeared on top of page. And in order to see the top line ( view, file, edit, etc), I have to press the ALT button. it won't stay down. Also, part of my content on the homepage (news, weather, sports, lottery) have disappeared and one side of the homepage is blank. Please help!

Hi Gracie, Press the ALT button again and Right-Click on a neutral area to the right of 'Help' and choose 'Menu Bar' (to add checkmark). Right-Click again and choose 'Lock the Toolbars' (to add checkmark). Regards, au My answer plundered from the following
