How do i get my yahoo picture to show up?

  • On the page where it says, "no picture, use my yahoo 360 profile picture, or use my avatar" i chose to use my 360 picture but it's not showing up like on this yahoo answer thing. how do i get it to show up?

    After you chose '360 pic' on that page, you also needed to scroll down and click on 'preview' and then on 'ok' to save your preference. Even if you did all that, the 360-type avatars have been very flaky here of late. It can take a while before they start to show up (days and in some cases weeks). Once they DO start showing up, anytime Yahoo's having server or memory problems, avatars can revert temporarily to the gray heads (but that straightens itself out), so don't worry if that happens. Good luck and be patient.

If you have a picture on 360 and have selected that picture there as PRIMARY, then all you can do is wait. Delays of up to 2 days are often noted on the YA site before the 360 photo appears. If you still don't have the picture after 2 days, email the team at [email protected] (missing 'e' is deliberate) to see if they can fix it for you.
