How do u make an icon through iconator.com?

    Iconator is simply for uploading icons that you have created. The only creation feature iconator offers is if you create your own slides. on iconator they have an animator which allows you to put all your slides together in an animation. but that's the extent. otherwise, if you wanted to make an icon for your OWN PERSONAL USE ((that means do NOT upload it to iconator!)) you can go to these websites:: www.franksicons.com http://www.sherv.net/icon-maker/ ...and create an icon. however, do NOT upload icons that you've created from a website to iconator! The icons that can be made through a website ((like the above two)) and NOT through a program ((like paint or jasc animation shop)) are called premades and are not allowed on iconator.

I don't think you make the icon on the website, you gotta make it with a program such as MS Paint. (I usually make my own, check my website on the source) The website is probably just for submitting icons like submitting videos on youtube.
