In your Messenger window, select "Invite People to Join from the Contacts Menu. 1. With Messenger open, click on "Contacts" and select "Import Contacts." The Import Contacts Window opens with the Address Book and Microsoft Outlook already selected. Check only the boxes next to the contacts you want to import and follow the prompts from there.
