How do I change default font & size in email?

I want to change the default for the font, size and color of the email messages I send. How do I do this?

  When you click on Compose to type your email you'll get to the place where you will type your message. There is a bar over the big box where the message goes. That is where all the choices are--font, size, color, etc... Hope this Helps Ya!!
