Is there a program to organize folders?

How can I organize my e-mail folders?

• I would like to organize my stored e-mail messages in nested folders. In other words, I want to put folders within folders. That is how Firefox Bookmarks works as well as Microsoft Explorer bookmarks work. It is a great way to organize lots of information. Does Yahoo E-mail Beta or any other e-mail service allow you to do that?

  AOL does (although it could be improved), but I haven't seen a way to do it in Yahoo. It makes things SO much easier to find later!
