How do I get my avatar picture on my answer picture thing?

When I change my avatar, it doesn't show the new changes in my picture thing next to my answer! Help me...!

So whenever I change my avatar, it doesn't show up in the little picture thingy next to my answer. Does anyone know how to fix this?!

I've been trying to figure it out too, it only changes for my mail box.
