I'm new on Yahoo Answers. Can anyone tell me how I can use one of my own pictures to use as avatar?

I don't like the Yahoo! options. I would like to use one of the pictures that I have on file for my avatar. [Please take note I'm a total dumb-*** chick where internet language and operations is concerned! Thanks in advance.

If you want a photo/custom picture as your avatar you need to make a yahoo 360 page. http://360.yahoo.com/login.html?.done=http://360.yahoo.com/ click "my page" then "edit personal photo" then browse upload and save Set as primary. and save. go to your avatar choose your avatar>preview>OK. then go to yahoo>my profile>edit my info then click use my 360 picture>preview then OK. Some users are experiencing a problem with the 360 avatar. it can take some time to show but it will eventually so try to be be patient.

If you want to upload a photo, or add your own image, go to http://360.yahoo.com. And from there create your 360. Then once created, go to one of the tabs that read 'My Page'. Then click on the link that reads 'Add a photo' on the left of the page. Then select your image by clicking 'Browse'. Remember that you can only use JPEG images. And to make sure the pictures show up on Yahoo! Answers, go to ‘Edit My Info’ and scroll down the page to go to the ‘Picture’ section. If you are using a Yahoo! 360 image select ‘Use my Yahoo! 360 Picture’. Then, when you have finished, scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘Preview’ and on the ‘Edit My Profile Preview’ page, scroll to the bottom again and click ‘OK’.

I too am a dumbchick, but with a bad memory so have to write any instructions (as above) by hand is there any way I can print an 'Answer' without having to, print the whole page/s
