How do I create a new folder for saving e-mails? Where do I type the folder name as "help" instructs me?
-
The "help" window instructs me to click on "new folder" and type in the name I choose. When I click on "move" a list of folders drops down beginning with "new folder". I can't enter the new name there and can't find anywhere else to enter it.

Answer:
Click on one of the mails that you want to save and send to a new folder. Then click on "move" and when that drop down list appears---click on "new folder" and a box opens in the top left corner of the page that asks you to give the "new" folder a name. Type in a name and click "OK". The folder shows up in the folder panel ---and it already has that one mail in it. Put others in it by clicking "move" and click on the name you gave the new folder . It's moved.
