Can folders be prioritized instead of alphabetical?

In my home page in folders part ، I have 2 folders .but when I want to move an email that is in my inbox to o?

In my home page in folders part ، I have 2 folders .but when I want to move an email that is in my inbox to on of this folders، when I open move button I see a folder that name is ( @C@ chats).but this folder isn’t in my folders part What is this folder?

I was curious about this, so searched it.. Oddly enough, all the questions asked about it have been deleted. Strange ! Im talking 8-9 questions !
