How do you make a safe custom email address?

How do you make a safe & custom email address? E,G - instead of it being like [email protected] or HOTMAIL.COM The name after the '@' bit is something you have put. E.G Blahblah @ 'BLAHBLAH'.COM/UK (ETC) Does anyone know of any professional and safe email making sites that can allow me to do this for free. I did it once from this old site i knew of once but that was it. This E-mail has also got to work as one of my E-mails address and I should be able to use it for registering an account like on myspace or such. Thank You for any help!
