How do i make my email to where you can contact me on here?

How can I make a folder on my Y! email account that will automatically send a contact's emails to that folder?

• like if one of my contacts was '[email protected]' and i didn't want them to be in my inbox but go to another folder such as 'something.' I know how to make a folder and how to make groups in my contacts. Thankyou! p.s., i have the new version!!

  You would have to set up a personal "Filter", to RE-direct [incoming mail from a designated address], to a separate folder, instead of the inbox. Mail page>>options (top right)>>mail options>>scroll to and click on "Filters"---and click "add". It's pretty much self explanatory, but basically----you enter [on the from header blank] the exact address you want to re-direct----choose a folder or make a new one here----then click "add filter".
