How do i add a signature tomy email address??

I am trying to add a picture signature to my emails when i send them out.. i have gotten emails that have signatures on them that are animated and i am trying to do the same but i cant figure it out... can anyone hlpe me???

The picture must be on the Internet in order for you to use it on your emails, therefore, you must first upload the image to a site like Photobucket or Flickr. Once it is uploaded to the Internet, you hilight the area containing it, paste this into a blank email composition, copy only the image, then paste it into your digital signature after changing the color and graphics of it. Of course, if you can't figure out how to do it, you can always install Smiley Central, which is where most people get the animated pictures.
