How do I set an alarm for incoming mail?

How do i set my alarm to check my mail .?

  To answer your first question, which is the title of this question, I would tell you that you cannot set any alarm to check your mail because I've never heard of such a thing. To answer your second question, you send pictures by clicking the gray "Attach Files" button, then "Browse" beside each bar, then find it on your computer, then "Attach Files," then "Continue to Message." Once you exceed 5, you have to keep clicking the "Attach More Files" link at the bottom to attach one more, but you can't exceed the allotted amount of memory, which is 10 megabytes, I believe.
