How do I change the name that appears when someone receives my email?

I want to change the name that comes up when someone receives an email from me. Changing my name doesn't work

I tried to hide my personal info and when someone gets an email from me they still see my name even though I changed it. How can I get that to change.

CHANGE FROM WHO Click on the "Options" link in the upper right of your yahoo mail page. If it's msn/hotmail.then you click on"option"on the top of your right side,then u'll see the personal info button or such that.then click on it.you'll get it -.^ just type in the name ur always wanted!lol.
