How do you change the time zone on My yahoo page?

How do I change the time zone that appears in the top of the news box from PDT to EST on the Yahoo home page?

  When you're in Yahoo! mail, click your username. (You'll see it right next to the "sign out" link.) You'll be required to enter your password. (This is a Yahoo! feature that protects other people from screwing up your account) Once you type in your password, you'll be taken to your account information page. Member Information will be highlighted. Click "edit". That'll take you to another page where you can edit your time zone. (Under "General Preferences") Once you've changed your time zone, click "finished" to make the change final. Hope that helps you! :-) Debbie
