You could try thunderbird. if you want to change your default email client click start menu then select set program access and defaults then click the down arrows on custom and go to choose default e-mail program.

Outlook express is more secure but still if you would wanna be more secure and robust in Email. Just install Thunderbird and configure it to your system. Thunderbird gives you a greater email security and speedy access to the received emails and processing of other emails. It is usually Mozilla thunderbird, all you can do is that you can install the Thunderbird setup file and is free to download use Google search engine for example. Then run the setup file configure it giving your correct ip address and see how it works.

You need to right click on your taskbar and click on properties. Then on the new window that pops up, you should click start menu and then finally click customize to change it.
