How do I install Yahoo E-Mail alerts for my inbox?

  • Hi!! I've just opened a new Yahoo E-Mail Address but don't see anywhere to install e-mail alerts for when I receive a new e-mail. How do I install this service? Thank you for your replies. Jim

Install Yahoo!Messenger also. After installing it, open it (if it asks for you to log in, use the login same name and password as your Yahoo! Mail account). Set up Yahoo messenger to alert you (with sound alert) whenever you get a new email. You can even have your yahoo mail close while messenger is on and you will get the alert. Try it.
