How to change the time stamp on outgoing/incoming e-mail?

Can I change the time stamp of my email messages from Greenwich to local time?

• When I send or receive an email message it is time stamped with Greenwich England time. The receipent of a sent message receives it with a local time stamp.

  parts of this tells you how to change time zones There are a few things you can check 1. double click on the time..lower right...when the box appears click on INTERNET TIME and make sure the automatically synchronize.....etc box is checked. Clicking on TIME ZONE will tell you which one you are in and can be changed here also if you are not in the right time zone.
