How do I get my Avatar onto my picture on my profile?

How can I get a profile picture avatar?

  • Hey, I want to have an avatar as my profile picture, but I can't figure out how to get one. Also, do you design your avatar, or are you given a random one? Thanks :)

    Avatar's there are 2 kinds, Yahoo cartoon type and just a picture that you have stored on your PC. click on this link http://avatars.yahoo.com Design and customize your avatar, Click "Save Changes" button then Click http://answers.yahoo.com/my/my_edit Click on update,then pick the photo/avatar you want and click on "Use selected photo" NOTE If you want to use a Photo then click on browse and pic a photo from your PC's photo file good luck Jes :)

At the top left-hand side of this page, there are tabs. One of them says "My Activity". Click it On that page, you will see a place where your picture should go, and in a little box on it's right are several options. One option is "My Profile" Click it On your profile page, you will see a place where your picture should go. Click it ---- From there, you can upload anything you want as your avatar. ... and no, they don't supply you with one randomly.

You have hidden your profile. For the profile picture to appear here the profile can't be hidden. If you do not want information public then you can hide each element or leave it blank. You can use a cartoon avatar with the profile hidden. If you have already created an avatar and it is not appearing be sure to follow step C̲ completely. A̲   If you want a C̲a̲r̲t̲o̲o̲n̲ avatar then create or modify one at http://avatars.yahoo.com and then go to C̲.
