How to change yahoo avatar in email?

I changed my yahoo avatar on my yahoo messenger but it wont change it on my emai. When i click the old avatar pic on my email it takes me to edit...when i get there its the new one I just created...why wont it put the new one on my email?

Answer:
Click on the avatar in your mail page and change it there. If it doesn't do it then sign out and in again,that usually does the trick And you can also try changing it on your Messenger. Have a great weekend Jes :)
