How do i change my avatar into a google picture?

How can I change my avatar into a picture from Google? I can only do the face thing and I don't like it.?

  If you want to use your Yahoo! Avatar on Yahoo! Answers, go to your Yahoo! Answers profile (click My Q&A, My Profile, or your nickname to get to your profile), click Edit My Info, on the page that opens tick Use my Yahoo! Avatar, go to the bottom of the page and click Preview, on the next page that opens click Ok.
