How do you get animated profile picture?

Profile picture-how to get an animated one?

  • Well, I want an animated ghost picture for my profile, you can find it here if you wish to see it: http://starcraft.wikia.com/wiki/File:Ghost_SC1_HeadAnim1.gif#filelinks (yes, it is the starcraft ghost) I would like to know how to animate it, because everything I try creates an UNANIMATED picture, and I see these animated pictures all of the time.
