How can I get the coupons I get to show up in my e-mails?

I receive educational coupons from Mardels and I can read the lettert part but the coupons wont show up. My cousin said the something graphics weren't on but couldnt tell me how to do that. I have an older computer.Can anyone help me?

Answer:
There should be a link at the bottom to show html graphics. You can change the setting in options on the mail page. Open preferences and scroll down to find html graphics.
