When I attempt to play movies from my email there is no sound. How can I get sound?

I receive emails that contain movies but I don't get sound ( I used to get sound ). How can I re-install sound ?

Answer:
in the lower right hand corner, you have a bunch of symbols..click on the one that looks like a brown circle..LEFT click and then click on open volume control... be sure nothing is muted...if it's not, check to see if your speakers are hooked up right and the volume is up
