How can I get my yahoo mail signature to display both English and Chinese text?

My browser can display Chinese text in emails perfectly with Yahoo mail - but when I try to add Chinese text to my email signature this text does not show in my emails. Only the English part of the signature displays. Switching from plain text to rich text when writing the email does not help. The browser is Firefox 3.6.3 and OS is Ubuntu 10.04 LTS. I am using "All new" Yahoo mail. Thank you

If you make the signature up in MS Wold or similar you can then copy and paste it into the signature make up have a great day. Jess :)
