How do I print out a list of my contacts email addresses?

How do I prevent my email addresses being sent to my contacts list on my Blackberry Bold?

• Every time I send an email from my laptop, and decide to add the email address to my contacts on my laptop account they also appear in my contacts on my Blackberry?? Bloody annoying!! I just want to keep my contacts on my Blackberry for telephone numbers!

• Answer:

  This is probably because you have your device set to sync your contacts, so anytime there is a change in your contacts on your device they will sync to your online account as well, and vice versa. I have the Curve so this may be a little different for you and if so I apologize... try going to your Setup>Email Settings. Hover over the email address you're having this problem with and press the BB menu button and select Edit the scroll until you see Synchronization Options and uncheck Contacts. Press the back button and click save. If you want to be able to backup your contacts from your device I would suggest using the BB Desktop Software since it will transfer them to a new device in the event you upgrade or getting the Lookout Mobile Security App from BB App World (link included below) which will also allow to you backup your contacts.
