Why can't I change my yahoo mss avatar?

Is it still possible to change my yahoo avatar?

  • im not real use to using the new version or yahoo so i cant really find where to change my yahoo avatar

    1st one for a pic, second for an avatar. Click on view my profile. Double click on your picture or avatar where it says change your picture.Box opens with options to upload a picture. Upload the picture from your computer, select it and you are done. Go to edit my preferences at the top right of your home page. You will see a grey smiley marked get my avatar now. Click that and you can create your avatar on the page that opens.

Go below, create your avatar and save. Then, click your current grey default avatar then click edit my preferences and you will see where to check use avatar. http://avatars.yahoo.com/
