How do I delete my attachments on my yahoo mail page?

How can I delete all of the photos and attachments from my shortcuts on my mail page of yahoo?

• When I go into my page to check my emails, I have some folders set up to store emails. Down below that are 2 files, one says shortcut to photos and one says shortcut to attachments. I have more than 500 in each and I would like to delete them from my system. How can I do that? I know it would provide some needed space on my Hardrive. Thank you.

  photos stored in your email are not on your hard drive. They are stored on the email server. If you delete the email that the picture is attached to it should be deleted from the folder also automatically. Same with attachemtns. You should make sure you save anything you do want to your computer before deleting them.
